About the Role

We are seeking reliable forklift operators to join a manufacturing environment in Greer, SC. The ideal candidates will operate various types of forklifts to move raw materials, finished products, and pallets efficiently and safely, supporting production flow and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklift equipment, including stand-up, sit-down, reach, and cherry picker forklifts, to transport raw materials, finished products, pallets, and other materials within the facility.
• Load and unload trailers; move materials to designated production and storage areas.
• Provide production lines with necessary materials to ensure efficient workflow.
• Remove finished products and materials from production areas.
• Perform routine inspections of forklift equipment, report mechanical or safety issues promptly.
• Follow all forklift operating procedures, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of material movement and inventory when required.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Collaborate closely with production, warehouse, and supervisory teams.
• Perform other material-handling and production support duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Valid forklift certification (Tier 5 - Certified Forklift 20lbs+)
• Experience operating forklifts such as stand-up, sit-down, reach, or cherry picker (or equivalent)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift 20 lbs or more as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Manufacturing or automotive experience

Tools / Equipment / Systems

• Forklift (Stand-up, Sit-down, Reach, Cherry Picker) - equipment must be certified for safety and operation

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 20 lbs+ as required
• Ability to stand, lift, and operate forklifts in a manufacturing setting
• Adherence to safety protocols at all times
