American Howa is seeking dependable and safety-focused Forklift Operators to support warehouse and manufacturing operations on 1st shift. This position is ideal for individuals who have forklift experience, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, move, stack, and stage materials throughout the facility
- Supply production lines with materials as needed
- Perform shipping and receiving duties
- Accurately scan and track inventory using warehouse systems
- Conduct daily forklift inspections and report equipment issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Previous forklift experience required
- Forklift certification preferred (training may be provided)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a warehouse and manufacturing environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
