About the Role

The EPJ Operator is responsible for performing case picking and order processing in a warehouse environment using a voice-pick system. This role involves building and stacking customer orders on pallets for shipment, utilizing Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJ), and supporting safety standards and operational efficiency. The position requires working independently and collaboratively to meet daily warehouse goals in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform 100% case picking using Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJ).
• Process warehouse orders utilizing a voice-pick system.
• Build and stack customer orders safely and efficiently on pallets for shipment.
• Maintain safety, accuracy, and productivity during all tasks.
• Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to distribute workload evenly and ensure task accuracy.
• Support warehouse operations with assistance to supervisors and team members.
• Follow Warehouse Management System (WMS) instructions for task execution and tracking.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily warehouse functions.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience operating Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJ).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to perform physical tasks up to 40 lbs.
• Familiarity with warehouse order processing systems, including voice-pick systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with forklift operations, including sit-down forklifts.
• Certification in forklift operation.
