Schedule: Monday to Friday / 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Pay Range: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour (based on experience)

What You'll Do:
As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for:
- Safely operating sit-down forklifts to move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility.
- Loading and unloading trucks and trailers efficiently and accurately.
- Transporting materials to production and warehouse areas as needed.
- Performing routine forklift inspections and reporting any equipment issues.
- Maintaining inventory organization and proper material storage practices.
- Assisting with general warehouse and production support tasks.
- Following all company safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment.
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- 1-2 years of forklift operating experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Previous sit-down forklift experience required.
- Ability to safely handle and transport heavy materials.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting. Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect prolonged standing, repetitive movements, and lifting up to 55 lbs. PPE provided.
