Forklift Operator (Stand-Up & Sit-Down) - Cold Storage WarehousePenmac Staffing is hiring experienced Forklift Operators for a cold storage warehouse environment. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for qualified employees to be hired on directly by the client company. If you have forklift experience, enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse setting, and pay close attention to detail, we want to hear from you!Requirements for the Forklift Operator
- Previous experience operating stand-up and/or sit-down forklifts preferred
- Ability to work in a cold environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills required
- Ability to safely lift, move, and organize products in a warehouse setting
- Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check and drug screen
Forklift Operator Responsibilities
- Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently
- Pick products and fill customer orders accurately
- Wrap pallets and prepare shipments for transport
- Load and unload trucks
- Move and organize inventory throughout the warehouse
- Complete basic computer transactions and inventory tracking
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and quality standards
Schedule & Pay
- Pay Rate: $22.02/hour
- Training Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM-Midnight
- Regular Schedule After Training: 3rd Shift, Midnight-8:00 AM
- Full-time hours available
