Forklift Operator

Salary Range: $18.00 – $24.00 / hour

Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Forklift Operator to manage the movement of heavy inventory. Your role will involve operating industrial trucks to load, unload, stack, and stage materials safely throughout our distribution facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down, stand-up, or reach forklift trucks with safety and accuracy.

• Unload incoming raw goods and load outgoing shipping containers/trailers.

• Store and stack heavy warehouse materials in appropriate high-rack locations.

• Perform daily pre-operational vehicle inspections and maintenance logs.

• Adhere strictly to facility speed limits and OSHA workplace safety rules.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid Forklift Operator certification required (OSHA compliant).

• Minimum 1-2 years of forklift operation experience within a warehouse setting.

• Strong spatial awareness and a flawless safety track record.

• Familiarity with WMS tracking software and barcode scanners.

• Ability to work in variable temperatures (coolers, freezers, or unconditioned spaces).
