Spartan Carrier Group is hiring an experienced Forklift Operator in Fort Worth. Full-time or part-time. Pay $18–22/hour. Safety-first, high-performance team.
Duties:
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts
- Load/unload trailers safely
- Move and stack palletized freight
- Perform daily equipment inspections
- Follow warehouse SOPs strictly
- Maintain clean work areas
- Meet productivity targets
Qualifications:
- 2+ years forklift experience required
- Valid forklift certification preferred
- Strong safety record
- Experience with RF scanners/WMS
- Ability to lift and handle heavy loads
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Pass background check and drug screening
Preferred (not required):
- Experience with high-reach (10m+) racking
- Cold storage or freezer environment experience
- Experience with SAP or advanced WMS systems
