Job Title: Forklift Operator
Location: Plant City FL
Shift: Monday Friday, 6:00 AM Finish (typically 3-4 PM)


Job Summary:
Our client, a leading food distribution company, is seeking a Reach Truck Operator for their Plant City, FL facility. This is a contract position with the potential for overtime. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience operating Crown RC and Raymond Reach trucks, and be comfortable working in freezer/cold storage environments (0 F).

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate High Reach Trucks, including Raymond Reach lifts and Crown RC reach trucks
- Maintain accurate inventory documentation
- Organize and clean the production area
- Work in cold storage/freezer environments (0 F) with provided freeze suits
- Lift up to 50 lbs as required
- Adhere to all safety protocols

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of reach truck experience (Crown RC, Raymond Reach)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Experience working in freezer/cold storage (0 F)
- Strong reliability and work ethic
- Must be able to pass an equipment test during interview

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food distribution or cold storage warehouse
- Forklift certification

About the Role:
- Contract duration: Approximately 4 months (680 hours)
- Schedule: Monday Friday, 6:00 AM Finish (typically 3-4 PM)
- Overtime: Required as needed, typically 5-10 hours per week
- Location: Plant City, FL 33566
