About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious forklift operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating forklifts to transport, load, unload, and organize products within the warehouse environment. This position supports shipment processing and general warehouse duties, contributing to efficient inventory management and ensuring safety standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to transport, load, unload, and organize products throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload shipments efficiently while following safety protocols.
• Move inventory to designated storage areas and stage products for shipping and receiving.
• Perform inventory transfers and assist with stock organization to support warehouse operations.
• Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
• Support general warehouse tasks, including manual labor and cleanup as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in inventory handling.
• Reliability with consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification or experience as an Equipment Operator (Tier 5 - Certified Forklift 20lbs+).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse inventory transfer, shipping, and receiving operations.
• Ability to perform equipment inspections and adhere to safety protocols.
• Familiarity with forklifts capable of handling loads of 20 pounds or more.
