Forklift Operator (ID #538288)

Job Summary:

We're hiring a Sit-Down Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse and production operations, including unloading/receiving, staging, stacking, and assisting in the production area as needed.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently
• Load/unload trailers and move materials throughout the facility
• Receive, stage, and stack product in designated areas
• Supply production areas with materials; remove finished goods as needed
• Perform basic checks of equipment and report issues promptly
• Use RF scanner and/or complete basic warehouse/production paperwork when required
• Stage product accurately by item/lot/location; maintain FIFO where applicable
• Assist with packaging, labeling, palletizing, and stretch-wrapping as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace (housekeeping/5S); assist with general cleanup
• Communicate with leads/supervisors regarding damages, shortages, or delays
• Support other departments as assigned

Requirements

• Prior forklift experience (sit-down)
• Ability to work on-site and follow safety guidelines
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs (site requirement tier)
• Reliable attendance and ability to work the scheduled shift
