Forklift Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking Holiday Helpers to assemble, refurbish, decorate, and install holiday decorations at commercial customer facilities. This role involves working in a warehouse and at customer sites to prepare and maintain seasonal displays.

Key Responsibilities-

• Refurbish and redecorate holiday decorations from previous seasons to ensure they are in like-new condition.
• Assemble and decorate new holiday orders according to customer specifications.
• Install and service holiday décor, interior plant displays, flowers, artificial foliage, ambient scenting products, and wall art at commercial facilities.
• Work safely in warehouse environments and at customer locations.
• Use ladders and scissor lifts as required.
• Handle materials and decorations while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.

Requirements-

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience; previous design or decorating experience is preferred.
• Valid forklift certification is required.
• Must have reliable personal transportation to travel to work locations and customer sites.
• Ability to lift 50–75 pounds regularly.
• Ability to work safely on ladders and scissor lifts.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work extended hours, occasional overnight shifts, and weekends during the peak holiday season.

**Shift available: **

• Initially Mon-Fri; 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM; extended hours, occasional overnight shifts, and weekends may be required during peak holiday season (mid-November through mid-January).
