We're looking for reliable, safety-focused Forklift Operators to join our Uxbridge, MA team.

What You'll Do

As a Forklift Operator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our products are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently while supporting our commitment to operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the yard.
  • Verify shipments and complete loading activities using handheld tablets and electronic systems.
  • Perform daily forklift inspections and complete required safety checklists.
  • Maintain accurate inventory transactions, pallet returns, and scrap documentation.
  • Rotate inventory using FIFO and established inventory control practices.
  • Inspect products for quality and report defects or damage promptly.
  • Re-strap damaged bundles and maintain a clean, organized work area.
  • Support cycle counts, year-end inventory, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Follow and promote QMS standards, Lean manufacturing principles, and 5S workplace practices to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Provide outstanding customer service while working collaboratively with team members.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

What You'll Bring

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum one year of industrial forklift experience.
  • Ability to obtain Unilock forklift certification.
  • Experience operating 5,000-10,000 lb. outdoor forklifts preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in an active outdoor environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
  • Basic computer and tablet skills.
  • Ability to read shipping documents and perform basic math calculations.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable attendance and a safety-first mindset.
  • A willingness to support continuous improvement and embrace Lean, 5S, and QMS practices.
