• Forklift Operator
• Starting Pay: $21.80-22.05 per hour
• Shift Differential
• Additional $0.25 per hour for hours worked on 2nd or 3rd shift
• Annual negotiated increases

Your Work Schedule and Shift Information

Currently hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift

• 8-hour shifts

• 1st shift: 7 am to 3:30 pm

• 2nd shift: 3 pm to 11:30 pm

• 3rd shift: 11 pm to 7:30 am

• 12-hour shifts- Weekend Crew- Warehouse Operator

• AM Crew: 11p-11a

• PM Crew: 11a-11p

• 12-hour shift- Weekend Crew- Distribution Operator

• AM Crew: 12 am to 12 pm

• PM Crew: 12 pm to 12 am

• Ability and willingness to work overtime, any shift, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

• Plant operation is 24 hours per day, 7 days per week

• Please note: Department schedules vary, so we'll discuss your specific work week during the onboarding process. Please be aware that some schedules may include up to six days a week.

• Shift schedule of 2nd or 3rd shift to be determined during orientation and based on availability and business need

• Ability and willingness to work overtime, any shift, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

As part of our manufacturing team, you will:

• Forklift and high reach equipment operation within production, warehouse, and distribution center
• Selecting, preparing, and loading product for outbound shipment per customer specifications
• Responsible for the storage of raw material, ingredients or finished product
• Receiving, unloading, and inspecting inbound ingredients/packaging materials
• Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives to increase platform performance
• Assist in training new employees
• Perform additional task as needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of high school education or GED
• Forklift license/certification or willing to obtain one
• Experience in a manufacturing/production environment preferred
• Must possess the ability to understand and effectively communicate with co-workers, supervisors, and others in the workplace regarding work matters (our business is generally conducted in English)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, push, pull, and twist for extended periods
• Willingness to work in hot, cold, noisy, wet, or dusty conditions
• Ability to climb and/or work at heights while utilizing stairs, ladders, personnel lifts, or platforms
• Ability to follow human and food safety, quality, and grooming standards
• Ability to wear such as protective clothing and equipment (Personal Protective Equipment- PPE) such as safety shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard/bump cap, hair/beard net, gloves, and face masks (when required)
• Ability to work around high-speed machinery and food allergens
