NOW HIRING FORKLIFT OPERATORS – IMMEDIATE OPENINGS!

We're looking for experienced equipment operators for the following positions:

• Cherry Picker Operators
• Reach Truck Operators
• Pallet Jack Riders

Job Summary
We are seeking reliable, safety-focused forklift operators to join our warehouse team. Operators will use stand-up forklifts, cherry pickers, reach trucks, or pallet jacks to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise accurately and efficiently. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate assigned equipment to pull, move, and stage products
• Accurately pick orders and transport materials to designated areas
• Load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers as needed
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
• Assist with inventory and cycle counts as required
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Work with team members to meet productivity goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience operating stand-up forklifts, cherry pickers, or reach trucks in a warehouse or distribution setting required
• Certification is provided in-house
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying conditions (heat, cold, heights)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Schedules

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–5:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM–5:30 AM
• Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

Pay
$16-18/hour, depending on position
