Forklift Operator

Schedule: 7AM- 3:30PM

We're seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our team in Henderson, NV. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with the potential to become a permanent employee based on performance and attendance.

Work in a brand-new, climate-controlled facility equipped with modern technology, designed to provide a clean, safe, and comfortable work environment.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate forklifts to move, stage, load, and unload materials.

• Transport products throughout the warehouse efficiently and accurately.

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.

• Perform inventory movements and stock replenishment.

• Conduct daily forklift inspections and report any equipment issues.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures.

• Work collaboratively with warehouse team members to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of recent forklift operating experience required.

• Experience operating stand-up, sit-down, reach truck, or cherry picker forklifts is a plus.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Pay Details: $17.00 to $13.00 per hour
