The MHE Quality Control Associate is responsible for inspecting products and orders for quality and accuracy while operating Reach Trucks and Order Pickers as needed. This role includes quality inspections, documentation, and cross-training in other warehouse areas. This is not a full-time MHE operator position.
Responsibilities
Inspect products and orders for quality, damage, and accuracy.
Operate Reach Trucks and Order Pickers as needed.
Follow SOPs and work instructions.
Document quality issues using warehouse systems/LMS.
Communicate quality concerns with team members.
Cross-train and assist in other warehouse departments.
Qualifications
Experience operating Reach Trucks and Order Pickers required.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to identify defects and damage.
Good communication and basic computer (LMS) skills.
Ability to follow SOPs and work instructions.
Willingness to cross-train in other areas.
