Job Title: Forklift Warehouse Associate – 2nd Shift
Location: Birmingham, AL 35215
Pay Rate: $17.00 Per Hour
Schedule: 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM
Contract: 6 months
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Forklift Warehouse Associate to join our 2nd shift team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, operating a forklift, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments
- Verify order contents against packing slips, tickets, or receipts
- Accurately pick, pull, and prepare orders for shipment
- Sort and distribute packages according to designated delivery channels
- Maintain accurate inventory and report discrepancies as needed
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience required
- Forklift certification or demonstrated forklift operating experience preferred
- Basic understanding of inventory and order fulfillment processes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment

- 2nd Shift (6:30 PM- 2:30 AM)
