FORMOSA LINE COOK

Formosa Cafe in West Hollywood is looking to hire experienced and reliable Line Cooks! This is a 5 shifts per week opportunity.

Line Cook Minimum Qualifications

• English necessary, bilingual preferred
  
• Self-starter looking to hone & expand their craft
  
• Am and PM shifts available
  
• Weekends
  
• Must be able to lift heavy objects and stand for 8+ hours
  

Responsibilities & Duties

• Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
  
• Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
  
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
  
• Stock inventory appropriately
  
• Works efficiently and in a friendly manner
  
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
  
• Maintains kitchen safety and sanitation
