Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (Java Full Stack Developer) for their Minneapolis, MN location.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end business applications.
Build scalable APIs, microservices, and cloud-native solutions.
Develop front-end applications using React or similar frameworks.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver solutions.
Leverage AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices to accelerate delivery.
Participate in Agile development and contribute to CI/CD and DevOps initiatives
Requirements:
3-7 years of software engineering experience.
Strong background in Java and full-stack application development.
Experience with one or more of the following:
TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, C#, or Python.
Hands-on experience building APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications.
Front-end development experience using React or similar frameworks.
Knowledge of Azure, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, or other modern AI platforms.
Experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Codex.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Agent SDKs, or multi-agent frameworks.
Exposure to AI agents, workflow automation, or LLM-powered applications.
Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and modern software delivery practices.
Experience in Healthcare, PBM, Insurance, or other regulated industries is a plus
