Required Skills & Experience- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Experience building and deploying production applications
- Strong programming experience with Go, Java, or comparable languages
- Kafka and event-driven architecture experience
- Cloud platform expertise (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience designing distributed systems
- Customer-facing or stakeholder-facing experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience gathering ambiguous requirements and translating them into solutions
