Job Description: A Series A AI-powered insurance platform is rebuilding the claims process end-to-end - from intake and fraud detection through settlement - acting as an "AI-native" claims operator that helps insurers handle claims faster, more accurately, and at lower cost. The company combines automation with human expertise to improve loss ratios, reduce manual work, and deliver better outcomes across the claims lifecycle. Backed by top-tier investors, it has scaled rapidly since its 2025 seed round to fund the growth of its claims platform.

The Forward Deployed Engineer sits at the intersection of product and customer success: integrating the platform into client environments, shaping features that let customers scale, and feeding real-world insight back into the core product.

What you'll own:

• Scoping and developing new features that allow customers to scale while consistently improving claims results
• Integrating the platform into client environments, working hands-on with client tech teams on APIs and systems
• Coordinating with the core platform team to ensure smooth delivery and feed actionable insights back into the product
• Capturing and sharing best practices in internal playbooks to scale the Forward Deployed Engineering function
