What You Will Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement finance solutions tailored to client needs.
• Utilize HubSpot and Notion to streamline financial processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on financial objectives.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in financial management across the organization.
• Support the integration of new financial tools and technologies to optimize workflows.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 5+ years of experience in finance, preferably in a B2B or enterprise environment.
• Proficiency in HubSpot and Notion, with a demonstrated ability to leverage these tools effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of using data to inform business decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across diverse teams.

Preferred

• Experience in the fintech industry, particularly with finance platforms or software development.
• Familiarity with financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Previous experience in a forward-deployed or client-facing finance role.

Compensation and Benefits
