What You Will Do

• Sync customer data from warehouses into essential business tools to optimize marketing efforts.
• Utilize Python and PyTorch to develop and implement machine learning models that enhance data-driven decision-making.
• Design and maintain ETL processes using Snowflake and DBT to ensure seamless data flow and accessibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data insights that inform marketing strategies and improve customer engagement.
• Analyze large datasets with PostgreSQL and Pandas to derive actionable insights and drive business growth.
• Create and present data visualizations and reports using Jupyter Notebooks to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Support customer-facing initiatives by providing data solutions that address specific business challenges.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 3+ years of experience in data science or a related field, with a strong focus on marketing applications.
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, PostgreSQL, and data manipulation libraries such as Pandas.
• Experience with data warehousing tools, particularly Snowflake and DBT, for managing and transforming data.
• Strong understanding of machine learning and deep learning concepts, with the ability to apply them in practical scenarios.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights.

Preferred

• Experience in B2B marketing, AI, or Ad Tech environments, enhancing the ability to understand industry-specific challenges.
• Familiarity with SQL/Postgres and data visualization tools to effectively communicate data insights.
• Previous consulting experience that demonstrates an ability to work with diverse clients and understand their needs.

Compensation and Benefits
