What You Will Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customer-facing solutions that leverage AI workflows.
• Build and maintain APIs and integrations that enhance system interactions and scalability.
• Develop clean, production-ready code while ensuring robust system performance.
• Engage directly with customers to gather requirements and translate them into actionable engineering tasks.
• Participate in the deployment of automation tools that streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Solve complex technical challenges by breaking them down into manageable steps and delivering effective solutions.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, frameworks, and tools in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal Candidate Background

• Strong understanding of data structures, systems, and problem-solving with 0–3 years of experience.
• Proven experience in building APIs, integrations, or backend systems, either through internships or full-time roles.
• Demonstrated ability to write clean, production-ready code and understand how systems interact and scale.
• Experience with real projects beyond academic settings, showcasing ownership and responsibility for outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly explaining technical concepts and collaborating across teams.

Preferred

• Experience with TypeScript and JavaScript, with familiarity in Python as a secondary language.
• Background in automation, AI workflows, or browser automation tools.
• Previous roles in fast-paced startup environments or similar hybrid engineering/customer-facing positions.

Compensation and Benefits
