The Role

Raindrop is hiring Founding Account Executives (3+ years) to sell to technical buyers and shape how, and to whom, the company sells.

What You Will Do

• Run full-cycle sales to engineering leaders, CTOs and technical founders.
• Self-source pipeline and lead discovery with questions before pitching.
• Work directly with the founders, engineers and customers.
• Shape the sales motion and feed customer insight into the product.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of full-cycle closing
• Experience selling technical products to technical buyers
• A verifiable quota track record
• Self-sourced pipeline

Nice to Have

• Developer tools or observability sales experience
