Founding Marketing Associate

About the Role

Join an early-stage AI company as its first marketing hire, shaping organic social, brand, and community programs. You will work closely with the founders to build awareness and engagement around AI infrastructure and sustainability initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Own organic social content across TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X, and LinkedIn, highlighting the company's infrastructure, privacy approach, and sustainability work.
• Grow a student ambassador program from an initial campus pilot into a broader community initiative.
• Plan and host in-person community events and brand activations.
• Collaborate with founders on brand strategy, messaging, positioning, redesign work, and product launches.
• Create brand assets, merchandise, and campaign creative using strong visual judgment.
• Use AI tools and performance data to work efficiently, measure campaigns, and improve reach and engagement.

What We're Looking For

• One to three years of experience in marketing or content creation, including managing social accounts for a company, startup, or student organization.
• A portfolio of personally created content, such as short-form video, social posts, or design work.
• Daily use of AI productivity and content tools, with familiarity with platforms such as Claude Code or Codex.
• Confidence on camera and experience representing a brand at events or community gatherings.
• Experience with TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and video production or editing; Figma or other design skills are a plus.
• A track record of growing an audience or creating high-performing content, organizing events, or building community programs is valued.
• Interest in sustainability and technology startups is a plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary is $110,000 to $140,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
