What You Will Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement.
• Utilize SEO tools to enhance online visibility and improve search rankings.
• Manage and optimize social media platforms to build brand awareness and community engagement.
• Implement and analyze paid social ad campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Create and execute email marketing campaigns, leveraging A/B testing tools to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with the team to generate AI-powered content that resonates with target audiences.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in SEO tools and social media platforms.
• Experience with paid social ad platforms and email marketing tools.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in A/B testing and performance optimization.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a small team setting.

Compensation and Benefits
