    Our Finance team is seeking a FP&A Lead Americas to join our team in Americas. In this position This role will form part of a team delivering a comprehensive financial planning and reporting service within the FP&A function of the Americas team.

    Reporting to the Americas Head of Group Financial Planning & Reporting and working with the wider Regional Americas team and the Group Finance team, the role will help to facilitate the reporting and financial analysis of the Americas region for the Inchcape Group

    What you'll do

    • Involvement in the production of detailed budgets and forecasts for the CEO / CFO of the Americas region
    • Contribution to the production of market decks where required, either standardising local market decks or facilitating presentations to the Americas regional team
    • Provide quality insightful analysis on business trends, performance vs market expectations
    • Engage and collaborate with market FDs in delivering the priorities of the FP&A function
    • Provide guidance and oversight in the reporting of performance metrics
    • Participate in the integration of newly acquired businesses into the Inchcape operating model, via reporting and system set-up.
    • Involvement in MEC process and CAPEX portfolio management
    • Focus on continuous improvement of the existing data, processes and systems in the FP&A function
    • Point of contact for the Americas markets in relation to BPC system requirements, including system changes and improvements; and Perform other duties, as appropriate.

    About you

    To be successful in this role you will have:

    • Qualified Accountant, Finance, Economist or any similar profesion with more than 5 experience post qualification
    • Commercial and analytical mindset
    • Focus on delivery of best-in-class financial information
    • Operate within an FP&A function and coordinate with multi-functional teams in a high growth, changing environment
    • Good influencing skills and ability to translate financial information to all stakeholders across the business
    • Ability to communicate and deliver messages across all business functions and territories
    • Strong presentation skills, Proficiency in MS Excel
    • English and Spanish speaker
