A company operating in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, located in Doral, is looking for a Finance Manager.
Job Description
- Develop and manage financial models to support forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide leadership with actionable recommendations based on financial analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial inputs.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports to stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess their impact on business goals.
- Support strategic initiatives with financial insights and scenario planning.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

The Successful Applicant
A successful FP&A Manager should have: Hands-on FP&A Manager to build financial rigor, improve forecasting accuracy, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- A strong background in finance, particularly within the FMCG industry.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication abilities to effectively present financial insights.
- Collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
