Overview
A growing organization in the construction industry is seeking an FP&A Manager to support financial planning, analysis, and business decision-making across the organization. This is a strong opportunity for someone who brings a blend of analytical strength, industry knowledge, and business partnership experience within a project-driven environment.
The team is looking for a candidate with prior FP&A experience in construction or a closely related industry. Candidates who also started their careers in Big 4 public accounting will be especially attractive.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Analyze business performance and provide insights to leadership
- Support strategic decision-making through financial modeling and reporting
- Partner with operational leaders to evaluate project and business performance
- Develop and maintain reporting related to profitability, costs, and forecasts
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the business
- Help improve FP&A processes, reporting, and financial visibility
Qualifications
- Experience in an FP&A Analyst or FP&A Manager capacity
- Prior experience within the construction industry or a related project-based environment
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
- Ability to partner with leadership and communicate financial insights clearly
- Strong Excel and reporting capabilities
Preferred Background
- Big 4 public accounting experience is a strong plus
- Experience supporting operationally complex or project-based organizations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Ideal Profile
- Strong business partner who can connect finance to operations
- Comfortable working both strategically and hands-on
- Industry knowledge of construction financial drivers, cost structure, and forecasting
- Able to provide actionable insights to leadership

- Compensation targeted up to $150,000
