As an FP&A Supervisor, you will lead and develop a team of Financial Analysts while overseeing budgeting, forecasting and business planning activities. Partner with leaders across Uline to deliver actionable insights, identify opportunities and influence key business decisions across our North American operations.

Position Responsibilities

• Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial projections, delivering insights and recommendations to guide business decisions.
• Lead and develop a team of Financial Analysts through coaching, training and ongoing performance feedback.
• Present monthly financial performance across Uline’s North American operations to the CFO and other executive leaders.
• Oversee financial models, planning tools and reporting processes to ensure accurate, reliable information for business planning.
• Partner with leaders across the business to evaluate financial performance, identify opportunities and recommend improvements.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. MBA preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, Accounting, Tax, Credit or a related finance function.
• Previous leadership experience a plus.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Travel to Uline’s North American locations as needed.
