Job Description
- Own the functional design of FP&A planning and management-reporting systems.
- Translate business requirements into planning models, drivers, dimensions, and hierarchies.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, allocations, and scenario planning.
- Ensure integration and reconciliation of planning data with GL/ledger and workforce sources.
- Develop Power BI dashboards, management reports, and executive reporting packs.
- Support headcount, workforce, and cost planning/reporting.
- Use SQL and data-modelling concepts for analysis and reporting.
- Improve and automate FP&A planning and forecast processes using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Challenge and eliminate manual or inefficient processes within planning models.
- Partner closely with FP&A, Finance Business Partners, IT, and senior leadership.
- Support the end-to-end annual planning cycle, monthly reporting, and forecast cadence.
