About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain enterprise systems, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
• Implement system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to improve functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and enhance system capabilities.
• Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits for compliance and security.
• Document system configurations and maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
• Provide training and support to end-users for effective system utilization.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in enterprise systems administration or related role.
• Strong knowledge of system administration best practices and methodologies.
• Experience with cloud technologies and virtualization platforms.
• Proficient in scripting languages for automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are a plus.
