We are seeking a customer-focused, style-savvy professional to help clients find eyewear that complements their needs, preferences, and lifestyle. In this role, you will provide attentive service, support product selection, and contribute to a welcoming, polished retail experience. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has an eye for fashion and detail, and takes pride in helping others feel confident in their eyewear choices.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and deliver a friendly, professional shopping experience.
• Assist customers in selecting frames that suit face shape, personal style, and functional needs.
• Explain frame features, materials, fit, and product options in clear, helpful terms.
• Measure and adjust frames for comfort and proper alignment.
• Support the handling of orders, returns, exchanges, and special requests as needed.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing frame display area.
• Stay informed about current eyewear trends, collections, and product updates.
• Collaborate with team members to support smooth day-to-day operations.
• Document customer preferences and ensure accurate information is shared with relevant team members.
• Contribute to a positive environment that encourages repeat visits and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, fashion, or eyewear is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to provide thoughtful recommendations based on customer needs.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of style.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Basic computer and point-of-sale system skills.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and apply it effectively with customers.
