Framing Carpenter

Revolutionary Builders is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals interested in learning the residential framing trade. This entry-level position provides hands-on experience working alongside experienced framing carpenters to build residential homes.

No previous framing experience is required. Candidates must be willing to learn, follow directions, work safely, and contribute to a team environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist experienced carpenters with framing residential homes.

• Help measure, cut, carry, and install lumber and building materials.

• Assist with constructing walls, floors, and roof framing under supervision.

• Learn proper use and care of hand tools and power tools.

• Load, unload, and organize building materials.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.

• Follow instructions from the Foreman and experienced crew members.

• Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.

• Assist crew members with daily tasks to keep projects moving efficiently.

• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop carpentry skills.

  Qualifications and Requirements

  • No previous construction experience required.

  • Ability to follow directions and work well with others.

  • Dependable attendance and punctuality.

  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

  • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting materials, bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods.

  • Comfortable working on ladders and at heights with proper training and safety equipment.
