Job Description: Franchise Development Manager - Restaurants East Coast $Competitive A high-growth, globally recognised specialty beverage brand is looking for a Franchise Development Manager to drive expansion across the East Coast. This is a field-based, high-impact role for someone who lives and breathes franchise growth — from prospecting new partners to getting new locations open. What You'll Do Identify, qualify, and close new franchise partners across East Coast markets — single and multi-unit operators Manage the full franchise sales cycle from first conversation to signed agreement Build and maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools, industry events, and referral networks Support new franchisees through site selection, pre-opening, and grand opening Target non-traditional venues — airports, universities, travel hubs — as well as traditional retail Report on pipeline, conversion rates, and market development to senior leadership What We're Looking For 3–6 years in franchise development, franchise sales, or BD within restaurants, F&B, or specialty beverage Proven track record closing franchise agreements with single and multi-unit operators Background in fast-casual, QSR, or beverage concepts strongly preferred Non-traditional venue experience a big plus Strong commercial acumen, CRM discipline, and comfortable with regular East Coast travel Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset Interested in this challenge?
