The Fraud Analyst protects the credit union and its members by monitoring transactions and account activity, investigating suspected fraud, administering member claims, and recommending actions to reduce losses. This position collaborates with members, internal departments, law enforcement, payment networks, and service providers while maintaining accurate records and meeting regulatory and network deadlines.
