Salary: 60K -130K Base + aggressive commissions

• Proven Freight Broker (3+ years) with a track record of building and maintaining a book of business.

• Strong communication skills, deep carrier relationships, and a results-driven mindset.
• Bonus points for niche market expertise (e.g., reefer, flatbed, oversized, high value, etc.)
