What Youll Do

Patient Experience & Front Desk Support

• Welcome patients and create a warm, professional first impression
• Check patients in and out efficiently
• Answer incoming calls and assist with scheduling appointments
• Help patients navigate paperwork and next steps in their care
• Collect copays and process payments
• Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area

Scheduling & Administrative Support

• Manage provider schedules and appointment calendars
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Scan, upload, and organize electronic documents
• Assist with office workflows and daily operational tasks
• Support providers and team members as needed

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with providers, medical assistants, and leadership
• Communicate professionally with patients and coworkers
• Help solve problems and keep daily operations running smoothly
• Jump in where needed to support the success of the office

Computer Proficiency Is Required

This is a technology-driven healthcare environment. You will spend most of your day working within electronic systems, scheduling appointments, managing records, and communicating with patients.

We are happy to train the right candidate on medical terminology, insurance processes, scheduling workflows, and office procedures. However, applicants should already be comfortable using computers throughout the day.

This position requires the ability to:

• Work in multiple software programs at the same time
• Navigate quickly between screens and applications
• Type while speaking with patients
• Learn new systems and technology quickly
• Manage electronic records accurately
• Scan, upload, and attach digital documents
• Use Microsoft Outlook, email, calendars, and Microsoft Office applications
• Enter information accurately and efficiently
• Perform basic troubleshooting of common computer and software issues
