We’re Hiring – Admission Assistant (Full-Time)

Associates Rehabilitation Inc. is looking for a Full-Time Admission Assistant to join our team in Doral, Florida.

Schedule: Monday through Friday

We’re looking for someone who is:

✔️ 100% bilingual (English & Spanish), both spoken and written

✔️ Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

✔️ Able to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously

✔️ Friendly, professional, and committed to providing outstanding customer service

✔️ Comfortable working in a fast-paced medical office environment

✔️ Previous medical office experience is a plus, but not required
