Who we're looking for:

Reclaim Wellness is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Administrator to join our team at our Boynton Beach, FL location. This on-site position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. The Front Desk Administrator is responsible for greeting patients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing patient check-in and check-out, collecting payments, and maintaining accurate patient records. Additional responsibilities include responding to patient inquiries, managing incoming and outgoing faxes, filing documents, keeping the front desk and office areas clean and organized, and coordinating with clinical staff to support daily operations.

The schedule requires availability during afternoon and evening hours, as well as Saturdays, for approximately 32–36 hours per week. The hourly rate is $18 per hour. We are looking for someone who is professional, proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to creating a welcoming and seamless experience for every patient.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in reception, front desk operations, customer service, or administrative support preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Experience answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting visitors, and managing check-in and check-out procedures.
• Ability to handle basic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, recordkeeping, and processing payments.
• Comfortable using office equipment, multi-line phone systems, and computer applications. Our practice operates on Mac computers.
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment, including performing light cleaning as needed.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
• Availability to work afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays, totaling 32–36 hours per week.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a medical, wellness, or healthcare setting is a plus. xxzpjkt
