TEMPORARY SCHEDULE:

• Th/Fri 4-10 p.m. until 10/31; 4-9 p.m. from 11/1 to 11/15 
• Sat/Sun 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Schedule changes in November to M-F 9 a.m. to  p.m.

The successful applicant will

• *be able to type a minimum of 40 words per minute.
• *possess a strong grasp of English writing conventions
• *be able to accurately calculate rates and charges
• is adaptable and willing to occasionally work extra or alternate shifts
• is capable of working on your own and making sound decisions
• Grace Under Pressure: able to multitask and handle difficult or stressful situations calmly, professionally, and pleasantly 

*Tests will be given during your interview to determine your level of proficiency.


PAY
$16.50 - $19 per hour to start

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs and reservations.
• Manage online and phone bookings with accuracy.
• Provide information about our motel, local attractions, and services.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues calmly and professionally.
• Communicate with housekeeping during the day to update room status
