Part-Time & Full-Time Opportunities Available
Pay: $12–$14 per hour(based on shift, experience, and additional responsibilities)

Genesis Health Clubs is looking for friendly, dependable, and energetic Front Desk Associates to join our team at Tri-State Athletic Club in Evansville.


Our front desk team is at the center of the member experience. You’ll be one of the first people our members see when they arrive and one of the people they count on for assistance throughout their visit. We’re looking for individuals who enjoy working with people, bring a positive attitude to work, and take pride in providing outstanding customer service.


What You’ll Do

•  Welcome and check in members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude 
•  Assist members with questions about the club, programs, and amenities 
•  Answer incoming calls, take messages, and direct calls appropriately 
•  Process guest visits and basic member transactions 
•  Build relationships with members and help create a welcoming club atmosphere 
•  Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area 
•  Communicate member questions or concerns to the appropriate department 
•  Follow club procedures and help maintain a safe environment 
•  Respond quickly and appropriately when unexpected situations arise 
•  Work together with other departments to provide an exceptional member experience 

Who We’re Looking For


We want people who are reliable, outgoing, professional, and comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people. You should enjoy being part of a team while also being able to take initiative and stay productive on your own.


Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or front desk experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person with a great attitude and strong work ethic.


Qualifications

•  Excellent customer service and communication skills 
•  Dependable, punctual, and professional 
•  Comfortable using computers and learning club systems 
•  Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions 
•  Ability to multitask in a busy environment 
•  Ability to work well independently and as part of a team 
•  Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
•  Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire 

Physical Requirements

•  Ability to stand for extended periods 
•  Ability to lift up to 35 pounds as needed 
•  Ability to communicate effectively with members, guests, and coworkers
