Are you an early riser who takes pride in being dependable, organized, and welcoming? Gold's Gym is looking for a Front Desk Associate to help our members start their mornings off right.

Our weekday opener plays an essential role in daily operations. We need someone who arrives on time, completes opening responsibilities independently, and has the gym ready to welcome members at 4:15 a.m.

Responsibilities

• Follow opening procedures and ensure the gym is ready for members each morning.

• Greet members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude.

• Manage member check-ins and assist with questions about memberships, gym services, and policies.

• Answer phone calls and handle inquiries courteously.

• Process payments and transactions accurately.

• Complete administrative tasks and maintain accurate account notes.

• Keep the front desk and entrance areas clean, organized, and presentable.

• Communicate member concerns, maintenance needs, and shift updates to management.

• Uphold gym policies consistently and respectfully.

What We're Looking For

• Consistent availability to open at 4:15 a.m. every Monday through Friday.

• Excellent attendance, punctuality, and reliable transportation.

• A friendly, approachable personality and strong customer service skills.

• The ability to work independently, follow procedures, and take initiative.

• Strong attention to detail and clear communication.

• Basic computer skills and comfort learning membership software.

• Accuracy with cash handling and payment processing.

• Customer service or front desk experience preferred.

• An interest in fitness and helping others feel welcome.
