The Front Desk Attendant is responsible for greeting guests, managing checkins and checkouts, answering inquiries, and ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk. The role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment & under pressure.
Guest CheckIn & CheckOut — Process arrivals and departures, verify information, and issue room keys using the Hotelkey reservation system.
Customer Service — Provide friendly, accurate information about services, amenities, and local attractions.
Phone & Email Handling — Answer calls, respond to messages, and route inquiries appropriately.
Reservation Management — Create, modify, and confirm bookings using the property’s reservation system.
Payment Processing — Handle payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate transaction records.
Problem Resolution — Address guest concerns, escalate issues when needed, and ensure guest satisfaction.
Lobby Oversight — Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk and lobby area.
Record Keeping — Maintain logs, reports, and daily shift documentation.
