Front Desk Coordinator

Lords and Ladies Salon and Medical Spa is a leading, nationally recognized provider of a broad range of services to commercial and industrial properties. Our properties include office buildings, medical facilities, and senior living properties.We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! You will be the first point of contact our clients and residents.We are looking for evening and weekend availability. Must be able to work 2-3 evening shifts per week and at least 1 full weekend day.ResponsibilitiesAnswer phones in a friendly, professional mannerGreet residents and guests in a courteous mannerDevelop and maintain relationships with clients, residents, and guestsDocument front desk log of calls, visitors, emails, etc.Schedule maintenance and supplies for common areas as neededCoordinate with Maintenance to schedule work on common areas as neededCoordinate with Maintenance to schedule work on property as neededCoordinate with Maintenance to schedule work on common areas as neededCommunicate with Property Manager regarding any issues or concerns residents may have regarding property management or maintenance (informing appropriate staff when necessary)Other duties as assigned by manager or supervisorSkills and Qualifications·Must be able to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.·Minimum of one (1) year front desk experience preferred.·Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds..Must be able to work 2 night shifts and 1 weekend shift.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timeBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:4 hour shift8 hour shiftEvening shift
