Schedule: Monday-Friday

Compensation: $18.50 - $20.00/hour

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients with a welcoming, professional attitude
• Schedule appointments (in-person and by phone)
• Verify insurance, obtain authorizations, and collect co-pays
• Communicate with patients, providers, and external partners
• Support smooth day-to-day clinic operations

Minimum:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Preferred:

• 1 year of medical front desk or healthcare experience
• Interest in pursuing a career in Physical Therapy
• Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree in exercise physiology, kinesiology, or similar field
