This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and providing excellent customer service in a professional office environment. - Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency, including data entry, email, and system navigation
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes
- Previous office, billing, or customer service experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers at the front desk
- Set up new services and process service cancellations
- Provide billing support and coordinate account updates
- Answer customer questions and resolve concerns professionally
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties
- Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional front office environment
Schedule & Pay
- Full-time position
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
