The Palms at River Edge is a Mobile Home Community nestled along the Colorado River in Ehrenberg, AZ. The property is a medium sized family-owned operation with multiple properties in California, Arizona, and Idaho. We encourage a collaborative culture where everyone can share ideas, take pride in their work and feel valued.
We are looking for a front desk clerk to oversee the office at this Community and also perform cleaning of the common areas.
About the role- Manage booking systems for park stays and handle retail sales.
- Open to learning management software.
- Deposit rent checks.
- Answer phones and assist visitors with inquires.
- Perform data entry and send reports to management.
- Receive and record rent checks and other payments.
- Open and close the register, ensuring the drawer is counted and balanced daily.
- Keep a professional environment by performing office cleaning and organization.
- Professionally and courteously manage inquiries, feedback, complaints or concerns and follow up accordingly.
- Open to learning our business policies. We consider our residents as our customers.
- Clean common areas including the bathrooms, office, laundry rooms and clubhouse.
About you- Office experience a plus!
- Must be friendly and have a professional demeanor.
- Willing to work on holidays.

Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $15.15 - $22 per hour based on experience
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Thursday through Monday 8am to 5pm (may add additional days)
