Location: San Jose, CA

Pay: $20.00 - $23/hr per hour

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Greeter to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role focuses on welcoming guests, opening the door for arrivals, and creating a positive first impression through excellent service and attentiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly as they arrive
• Open the door for customers and assist with entry as needed
• Maintain a welcoming and professional front desk presence
• Answer basic questions or direct customers to the appropriate staff
• Notify staff when customers arrive
• Keep the front desk and entry area clean, organized, and presentable
• Provide courteous, consistent customer service throughout the day

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and attentive
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Previous customer service or front-facing experience preferred but not required
